Terms of Service
Effective September 18, 2026
These terms cover miraclemachines.com and the Miracle Machines, LLC text-messaging program. Miracle Machines Audio Video is the public-facing name of Miracle Machines, LLC.
Website and service requests
Our website describes audio, video, networking, automation and related installation and support services. Submitting an inquiry does not book an appointment or approve a purchase. Equipment, scope, price, scheduling and project terms are agreed separately before work begins. Provide accurate details and only submit photos or information you have permission to share.
Text-messaging program
Miracle Machines, LLC offers optional service and promotional texts. Service messages may address inquiries, appointments, estimates, orders and project updates. Promotional messages may include offers, discounts and information about our services. Automated technology may be used. Message frequency varies with your requests and chosen subscriptions. Message and data rates may apply; contact your wireless provider for plan details.
Your consent
Our website widget provides independent choices for informational/transactional texts and promotional texts. You may select either, both or neither. Neither is selected in advance, and permission is not required to buy services. We use each choice only for its stated message category. Provide a number you own or are authorized to use, and let us know if it changes. General contact-form submissions and email subscriptions do not provide SMS marketing permission.
Stopping messages and getting help
To leave the SMS program, reply STOP to a message from the program. You may receive an unsubscribe confirmation, after which program texts will stop. To subscribe again, use the website widget to give fresh permission. For help, reply HELP or contact info@miraclemachines.com or 504-329-5693. Texting is not an emergency service.
Delivery and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device and network availability. See our Privacy Policy for information collection, service providers, consent records and your choices.
