Miracle Machines, LLC operates Miracle Machines Audio Video and miraclemachines.com. This policy explains how we handle information received through our website, service requests and text-messaging program.
Information you provide
When you request help, we collect the name, email, optional phone number, location, project details and photos you submit. Our text opt-in widget collects your contact information, message and separate messaging choices. We retain consent records and communication history to honor those choices.
How we use information
We use it to answer questions, prepare estimates, coordinate appointments, complete projects, provide support and maintain business records. Promotional email and text messaging are optional. An inquiry, purchase or phone number alone does not enroll you in promotional texts.
Service providers and website operation
Website requests and photos are stored in our private customer desk using our hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. FormSubmit processes request information and attachments for delivery to our business email. HighLevel/LeadConnector and messaging carriers process widget submissions, consent records and text delivery for us. Providers receive information needed to perform those services. Hosting and communication services may process technical information such as device, browser and connection details to operate and protect their services. Our website also remembers preferences, such as music settings, in your browser.
Mobile information and consent
We do not sell, rent or provide mobile numbers or messaging consent to other businesses for their advertising. SMS opt-in records are used only for this messaging program, including processing by providers that support its operation and delivery. We do not transfer those records for independent third-party marketing.
Your choices
Choose service texts, promotional texts, both or neither in the widget. Both boxes start unchecked. Reply STOP to a program text to withdraw SMS permission; reply HELP for assistance. For email preferences, access, correction or deletion requests, contact us below. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may be retained for ongoing service, legal obligations or to honor opt-out requests.
Retention, protection and other sites
We retain information as needed for the purposes above and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Access controls protect our customer desk and uploaded photos, but no system can guarantee complete security. Links to other websites are governed by their own policies. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive credentials in a website request or chat.
